Between 1 and 5 years of age, children enter the Preschool years. Preschool is a special time to learn & grow. At Junior Academy, our highly trained staff creates a safe and loving environment where the children are encouraged to explore and experiment.

Our days are filled with books, art, science, music, dramatic play, sensory play, blocks, toys and games, cooking, and outdoor experiences. Children learn through play and structured activities. As the children become more confident and competent, more advanced projects are introduced to stimulate the child's curiosity and awareness of the world.

The staff constantly monitor and evaluate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills to guide each individual child in our care at their individual level.
